FIRST OFF, Everyone involved needs a pat on the back! You all did a great job!!!!!! I am very proud of yall!! Including myself. LOL

This was an exciting month!!! We had a few members that left us during the month, but 1 of them came back after the doc gave him a thumbs up. Remember this program is done based on PERCENTAGE lost, NOT by pounds lost. I will not put peoples weights up, but I will post the pounds lost and the percentages. The site I used for the entire competition is located at http://www.fitwatch.com/qkcalc/calculate-weight-loss-percentage.html. Now.. The information we have all been waiting for.......

Weeee! I've been gyming every night since Friday and I've put ON weight :( siiigh! I think I should start taking measurements. Do you even gain muscle that quickly?

If you just started working out at a gym then yes your weight can go up initially

Don't let that discourage you. Muscles weighs more than fat but muscle also burns more calories than fat so it will sort itself out.

Give yourself 6 weeks of going to the gym regularly and you will be addicted to it.
