This month we should of encouraged each other better. Myself included. I lacked at being motivated aswell. Halloween is a sucky time to diet and work out! 
But it is, what it is! I had to disqualify 2 people because they were busy and didnt have time to get back with me about the weight they lost Hopefully they can be able to be more involved in the next one.
Remember this program is done based on PERCENTAGE lost, NOT by pounds lost. I will not put peoples weights up, I will put up peoples PERCENTAGES lost!
