Weight loss commercials

I'm probably the last one who should be saying anything about these commercials but.. Okay I can see if you need a help group to encourage you to lose weight. I can see if you need your meals planned out for you... but i saw a new system thats just like Nutrisystem and all the women on there were maybe 10/15 over weight at most or not even that and the commercials trying to say they're fat.

I never knew washboard abs were a 100% garrentee you were in top shape?

Weight loss adverts are stupid. Who wants to lose weight just so you can be slimmer of the month and stand there holding your old baggy trousers way out, looking like a prick?
