Weekend went by entirely too fast.

I spent most of the weekend working on my In-laws bathroom. My MIL had a stroke back in November so they decided to get a walk-in shower instead of a tub. They paid royally to have it installed but the contractor only did the shower and plumbing. Yesterday I pulled the wallpaper and sanded the walls & spackled any holes & painted it with two coats of good quality paint. Today,I went back and caulked the areas around the sink & counter and the new shower and the window. My FIL and I re-hung everything else.

I agree, the weekend just flew by like always.

I was happy to do it for them because they are very generous and loving people. Much better than paying someone to do it and I probably do better work than many contractors.

Had a hill about 60 yards long, 10' in total height kick my butt with me using a blade on my trimmer to cut the growth down. I use to be able to do that hill in one morning, now I'm at the point where I have to break it down in a couple of outings. Add mowing into the mix and the weekend went way to fast.
