I personally haven’t operated any apps, but I’ve ran numerous websites over the years.

I’d rather run websites as I’m more comfortable with managing them.

I have not tried creating apps but a website yes, through the help of IX web builder. It also involves payment and domain,but that is business.

I prefer using both websites and forums. For forums, I primarily use websites. I’ve installed a few apps on my phone, mostly for work-related purposes. I don’t download apps that don’t serve a specific purpose.

I prefer the app version of online services. They seem to work seamlessly for the service without the limitations of the Web browser that one is using. Seems Web version of services are always dull too.
