Watched The Boondock Saints last night.

It was alot better than I thought it'd be. A friend of mine from work lent it to me & I'd been putting off watching it, thinking he was just blowing alotta hot air but, it matched the hype.

If you've never seen it before, it about the city of Boston & 2 Irish brothers who've accidentally started some trouble w/ the Russian mob... who're trying to take over the city. After trying to deal w/ the mob peacefully, the brothers are forced to take more drastic measures & being of a powerful Christian upbringing, they decide to kill the evil mobsters one by one in the name of God.

There's a few twists & turns along the way that blew my mind. It stars Willem Defoe, Sean Patrick Flanery, Norman Reedus, David Della Rocco, & Billy Connolly.

I highly recommend this flick if you like action & a quirkey sense of humor along the way.:thumbup

"in the name of God" (shakes head) dont you just LOVE how "religious" people justify bad things?

ANyway...if its got Billy Connelly in it, I will make an effort to see it:thumbup
