I still hear those words in my ears over 30 years later. I was a young guy with a pick-up truck and was visiting with a girl when her grandfather walked in and asked the question in the header. Seems their driveway with its steep incline had allowed my old Ford pick-up to drop out of gear and roll down the drive. I ran outside in time to see my truck about a quater of a mile down the road roll off the road and stop in the ditch up against a barbed wire fence.:eek All I really heard was "WAS!" Which I repeated in question form..."WAS?"
