It took 8 innings but only one swing of the bat for the Warner Robins All Stars to become the Little League World Series Champions.

WRALL beat Japan 3-2 after extra innings of play.

The winning hit came from Dalton Carriker in a walk off home run in the bottom of the 8th.

Parents, fans and even the Governor chanted Warner Robins, which changed into World Champs and finally U-S-A!!!

This is back to back wins for Georgia. Last year a team from Columbus won the world title.

Join Chris Porter tonight on Eyewitness News at 11pm for a complete wrap up of today's historic win.

Oh wow! Congrats! I remember my hometown got pretty far into the Little League World Series last year or two years ago. Something like that... I don't really remember. But horray!

Yes, I just saw this on ESPN last night and thought immediately of my girl V! That walk off homer to win the game was just awesome. If it didn't bring goosebumps to you after watching it, then you don't belong in this country. :)

I watched the US Title game Saturday when they beat Texas. That kid who pitched Saturday was the shit.
