Ok so after not getting the results I want from working out at home because of distractions and what not, Ive joined a gym.
24hr fitness with kids club for may girls to kick in while I work out
But I have never been to a gym lol what are some of the do's and dont's of working out in a gym? i hate to sound like a fucking gym noob, but well... I am!
My goals are to for the time being loose a little more weight, before I start trying to get more muscle, but I'm new at this so I'm wondering if this is the right way to go? So far I have lost about 30 lbs working out a home but I'm not able to do much more at home.
Should I get a trainer to help me out?
i am able to visit the gym just about any day except for Saturdays, and I'd like to get on a routine, any suggestions on a productive schedule?
any information, suggestion, dos or donts would be really appreciated.
