VR meditation and therapy apps are emerging tools for mental health. Have you tried any VR experiences for relaxation or mindfulness? Do you think technology can truly replace in-person healing?

This is something I haven't tried yet and I am interested in knowing more about how VR can be used for mental and emotional health. I do not know the use of VR beyiond gaming.

I haven’t tried VR meditation or therapy apps myself, but they seem promising for relaxation and mindfulness practice. Technology can complement healing and provide accessibility, but I don’t think it fully replaces in-person therapy, human connection, and the nuance of face-to-face guidance.

I have never tried such kind of therapy. I may try it. Having said that, I would also love to try meditation. Artificial intelligence is thriving every day. Perhaps AI can make meditation much easier in the future.
