What's the point in all of this violence in high school? My mom just told me that my brother got into a pre-arranged fight because this idiot kid that used to be his friend assaulted someone in his friendship circle with a knife and stabbed him in the hand and thought that my brother was a good target. They went to the park near his workplace to settle it, but my brother didn't really want anything to get out of hand in the first place. Since this little punk stabbed his friend in the hand with a knife and threatened to bring his "homies" my brother brought all of his friends just in case. The kid didn't bring anyone to the fight because he was a coward and a ghetto wannabe. They went one on one.

At first, my brother was just talking to him, but the little punk decided to hit him twice in the face and my brother raised his nose to him and told him to hit him again and see what would happen. The kid did and my brother, a Junior who participates in Muay Thai, Jujitsu, MMA, and I forgot the rest, lifted him off the ground and slammed him down. He kept him pinned like that for a while. There was blood everywhere from this kid's face and my brother said that he'd never look the same again. The only injury that my brother got was some torn up legs from when he slammed him on the ground, that's it.

I find this all to be funny because this little punk dropped out of high school and tries to act like a ghetto person. He messed with the wrong person this time. I highly doubt that he'll ever look at my brother or his friends again. My mom is worried about his mustang because the kid knows that he drives it and she doesn't think that he'll just drop it now that he got his ass kicked. She thinks that he's going to mess up his car. They both don't want my dad to know about the fight, so I have to keep this a big secret in our household. I can't help but to mention it so I mentioned it here. I don't understand why this kid even attacked my brother in the first place, he didn't even do anything. All I know is that he deserved to get his ass kicked.

What is with all of the violence in high school? What is with all the violence in the world these days? I don't understand why the world has to be so violent all the time.

People have always been violent, it's only the manner of expression that changes.

Some people grow out of the need to fight everything to show that they're the bigger man, some don't. It's hard to say with your brother's situation whether he should have just left it, or if showing that kid he can't be pushed around will scare him off. You'll just have to see.

Why don't they want your dad to know?

They don't want my dad to know because they're afraid that he'll be angry about it and he's the biggest dick to everyone when he's angry. I believe that my brother did the appropriate thing because this kid is seriously stupid. He dropped out of high school, lives in a trailer park, and acts like a ghetto wannabe. Is it appropriate to allow someone to beat up on you for no reason? I think not. This was an unprovoked attack and if my brother gets in trouble for it, I want him to plead self defense.
