I haven't watched Vampire Diaries yet...thought I might see about it.

I liked the Twilight series books. I wasn't thrilled w/the movie. Hopefully the next movie will be better.

The next will be better and I believe the third will be even more enjoyable just due to the increased action and such. Aside from using better directors.

The first one was a real low budget movie and included independent film director and actors (not knocking them). I don't think they realized how insanely huge it was going to be. With the increased $$ and such, they will improve.
