A court martial is a legal proceeding roughly analogous to a trial in a civilian court of law, only dictated by the Uniform Code of Military Justice. Doing that would get you just about as far as telling the judge in a civilian trial to "go fuck themselves." That is to say it would get you the UCMJ equivalent of "contempt of court."

Everybody is missing the point. Sex in a combat zone is ILLEGAL. Therefore, getting pregnant IN a combat zone is illegal, and subject to punishment under the UCMJ.

I really can't blame the military for wanting everybody on top of their game instead of trying to get laid in Iraq :dunno
