I'm trying to print from a PDF and the document spools and then gets stuck in the queue. I try deleting it and then it just freezes on deleting. I have unplugged, turned off the printer, turned off the computer, and it doesn't help anything!

Help? I'm trying to print it out tonight to read over in bed.

Try re-installing the driver, plus the usual routine ie is it plugged in (I know it probably is, but it is worth checking)

no no no!!!

This happens ALL the time at our office - don't reinstall jack because it probably won't help.

First try to save the pdf on your desktop or something, then close it and print it from the saved location by right clicking on it and hitting print.

It has something to do with the new version of adobe. It's whacky and doesn't like it when you try to print a file you just open from an e-mail or a website.

And Hotty if you are printing what I think you're printing I hope you're using two sides of the paper!!! :p

4 pages on each side, 8 to a sheet.

I got it to print, I had to go through the control panel and some folders and delete the queue that way.

But when it printed on the back sides, sometimes it pulled two pages or printed on the bottom half of one and the top half of the next... what a mess! So I have to redo it because there are no page numbers :(

Is it an old printer?

Um... about five or 6 years old.

Why?

If it's 'cause it pulled multiple pages, I had it set on fast draft and it was just zoom-zooming.
