For me: Shawshank Redemption and The Notebook are two. I generally don't go for dramas or romance/chick flicks.

I thought Quills was a great movie. For the topic of this thread I would have to say the Original Star Wars trilogy, I'm not really into Science Fiction at all but I really enjoyed these.
