Underage and Pregnant

Tonight's episode included a girl who gave birth at 16 and dates a 23 year old......left me wondering, why the heck wasn't that guy prosecuted? Because he had sex with her when she was 15 year old :dunno:

sadly its becoming the norm........and the taxpayer pays to raise the baby in most cases

From what I understand, the parents signed a statement saying they left it up to the 16 year old girl. Weird, I thought it was illegal full stop, and that person should of been prosecuted

As a parent, I can't imagine doing such a thing.

I thought this was going to be about the show though. I don't watch it or 16& pregnant or teen mom. They all depress the hell out of me. And people's comments on them and teenage mothers depress the hell out of me.

Wrong. There have been cases of underage girls in the USA getting pregnant by an older man of legal age
