Nice getting a brand new Hi Definition television...42 inch.
A thought occur to me.
Several months ago there was a story about students taking computers home from school for study.
There were incidents of spying which was a invasion of privacy.

Can this happen with Hi tech televisions ?
A possible hidden camera ?
Naaaah...I have cable.
So why the paranoia ?
I couldn't possibly be spied on.

Think I'm going to watch roller derby.

Next television I get the cable will be disconnected when not in use.
On the other hand one must be careful on what you are doing in front of the Tv.

I don't think you would have to go that far. I may be wrong but I believe the Wifi would have to be enabled to have it be a problem.

I don't use the Wifi on my TV. I might if there was a way to use a standard keyboard but the one on tv sucks and is too much of a pain to bother using
