What to expect in the next release

I would love to see a 2 seconds boot up time. I like the idea of the HUD thing on the desktop

I hated Unity and hate the idea of the HUD.

I used to love Ubuntu but I'm sticking to another distro now.

The problem with Operating Systems, they chuck a whole load of rubbish with it.

Tbh, with what I now use a computer for, Ubuntu is a perfectly viable option for me.

Ubuntu / Linux of any type works great for my mom since she only surfs the net / plays browser based shockwave / flash / java games. i wish i could go that route. Since I enjoy FPS / MMO's, Linux is a no go, since Wine is not up to perfect windows / direct x compatibility yet.

I always experience issues with installing Linux.

You can always use the Live View without installing, at the moment it is at a alpha stage, which isn't worth in my opinion a CD or DVD
