It has been viewed and recorded that more people are actually becoming members of Charter than the combination of TiVo & DISH combined...

Yet, with that said... more people are also losing around $500 a month due to this corporation.

Personally, I actually don't have any channels but BASIC BASIC BASIC CABLE... only using the new cable boxes for the DTV crap...

Anywho, how bout the rest of you... what provides tv for you?

DTV Cable Box?
TiVo?
Charter?
DISH Network?

Or Other?

Just curious and interested to know...

Bad thing these days is that most stuff to pay for is VERY costly... so I guess the term "poor" is considered me. Cause I only have tv due to this cable box, which it sucks cause I only get like 3 channels.

I wouldn't care if we didn't have TV at all, I haven't watched it in months.

No television. Well, I have one, but it doesn't get any channels. Maybe we'll splurge for cable if my brother moves in with us...

I just stream shows through Hulu or whatever other sites have what I want to watch. I've found a few really good sites. Movies, shows, no commercials. As far as I know, what I'm doing is legal. Anyone know for sure?

Yes it's perfectly legal to watch them.

I have Sky, just the basic package, not some of the sports, film or music channel but still a good few hundred channels. Works ok for me, got a Sky + box too so I can record and pause programs as well. It's pretty cheap and any of the sports stuff I want to watch, I just stream online.
