They have bastardized this new cartoon, they look way too cartoony for their own good. Am I not remembering correctly... They never battled humans in the original G1 cartoon or any other original? OH and Optimus Prime is still a fucking ladder truck! In this new series they're supposably more super heroish and battle Decipticons and evil humans... Yeah i sound like a nerd but i fucking hate when they ruin classics!

Well, I was saying that when the movie was coming out, wondering how they could make that cartoon into a movie...they kinda went their own route and it worked pretty good.

I haven't seen the new cartoon, but Dana seems to think it's shitty...

I was kinda disappointed with the toys from the movie. I was looking for a Bumble Bee for my dad cuz he loves the new Chevy Camaro from the movie. they had one the huge one thats like 100 dollars. So I found huge die cast concept car that had nothing to do with the movie but happened to be in the same colors (marketing.. gotta love it). they had figures that didnt even transform, that was the whole point in the 80s.

yeah...there's a Bumblebee that I saw that did transform on etoys.com I think...$60...that's a lot more than I paid back when Bumblebee was still a VW, lol!!!

Personally I was less than impressed with the film, and if the pic of the new cartoon is anywhere near representative then I'll be giving that a miss too!!!

i watched like 5 minutes of that horrible remake of a cartoon last week. i was disgusted. they made the cartoon look cheap. bring back the old school Transformers cartoon i say!!

oh and the new Transformers movie was badass!! i cant wait to see more made. oh and there was on old school Transformers movie that was a cartoon that out in the 80s which wasnt bad to watch...
