That topless law/rule has been in effect for a long time. I remember mention of it back in the 80s or 90s. As long as it's not lewd then it's okay.

Hum I don't remember Missouri as a hotbed of vacation flight destinations at my travel agency.
Didn't you know? The Man is the guy that came up with the idea of the Great Arch in St Louis. It came to him as he was pitching a tent thinking of topless women in New York City.

Arghhhhh come to missouri..we have possum, raccoon, deer, cow ,horse. snapping turtle, ticks and mosquito...casinos ...some water places where you can skinny dip...just dont leave your beer cans behind and they dont mess with you. :thumbup

We do have a war on crime though......come on vacation leave on probation...give the cops no lip and be nice and they may have a bind eye to that joint on the console and beer between your legs....get lippy you get tazed several times...its a no brainer
