I work on computer, and I have been working online for many years. Technology has helped me.

The influence of the use of technology on our lives is enormous. Yes, technologies are very useful, however, overuse and too much attachment m can be very hurtful to our physical and mental well-being.

Yes, I think excessive screen time can be harmful. From my experience, it affects sleep, posture, and concentration. Mentally, it can increase anxiety and reduce real-world interaction. While technology is useful, balance is must. Taking breaks and setting limits helps protect both mind and body.

Smartphones, and tablets can be harmful due to potential negative impacts on physical and mental health. While these devices offer numerous benefits, excessive use can lead to eye strain, sleep problems, and even affect cognitive function

Spending too much time on phone is actually bad as it affects the eyes and may also lead to sleep deprivation and even headaches, but these days there are blue light filtering glasses that may help prevent the effects of these, and that's if the purpose of staying longer is due to work schedules, but if not , it should be reduced since it also leads to social isolation.

When people spend too much time with tech, they tend to lose touch with reality. They would be alienated with what is happening in the real world they live in and be too immersed in the tech world. That is harmful.

This is true, but we are already talking about extreme cases, let's say that they dissociate themselves from reality and begin to live an alternative reality to life and it is bad because life is to live, not to survive or live an alternative life.

Spending too much time in front of the computer can be harmful. Sitting in your chair in front of the computer for an extended period of time can cause poor posture, type 2 diabetes, and cardiovascular disease. It can also lead to anxiety and eye strain. It is beneficial to take frequent breaks.

I spend a lot of time on computers at work so I try not to be on a computer too much when I'm at home. I am a little bit but I try not to let it overwhelm my life.

I think part of that is I like reading and I try to read physical books instead of reading on a screen.
