Tokens Dissapearing

Hi, can anyone tell me why my tokens keep vanishing for no reason, ive played a couple of games recently and thats it. I had about 400 last week but now i have -5. please help

What was the last game you played before losing all your tokens?

Can you list the games you play often?

ive been trying to research to find out why this is happening, but Im not coming up with anything. can you give me a list of all the games you play.. or that you play the most?
