The bus was an hour and a half late because no one at the county bother to inform a bus driver to show up. We went to Pelotes Island, which is a nature preserve about 45 minutes from the school. Since we were late getting there, we had a quick trip through the pine forest/salt marsh/oak forest and then got back on the bus to eat lunch while we headed home. We got back about 15 minutes before school let out. It was a mess but fun.
