This sucks!

Just found out this morning when I dropped Cameron off at daycare that they are closing up at the end of the month Really sucks because he loves going there and the price was so good there and they were so awesome with him.
Im debating now on whether or not to find him another place to go or whether I should just keep him home with me. The only difficult thing about keeping him home with me is on the days that I would like to sleep from getting off work that morning and him being here and waking up by 9am. That would only leave me to sleep for about 2 hrs, which would suck.

maybe you could hire a college aged kid to be a morning sitter at the house so you can sleep? that would be fairly cheap

yeah-- thats not a bad idea.. i did that in college actually- i worked down the street for a family of 3 kids.. i got there at like 7am and got them ready for school, came back and cleaned up the mess from breakfast etc, made their beds and left by like 11 ish and then came back later on in the day when they were coming home from school. im sure you could get someone to hang out with cam for a few hours while you sleep

But at least you found out a month prior so you could find a new sitter.

dang. I agree with them though, Hire someone to babysit while you sleep on those few days.

Yeah I think Im gonna have to find someone or somewhere else for him to go. I just hate having to find another daycare if thats the route I choose b/c it is so hard to find that perfect place that you can really trust.
But I know that if I let him stay at home with me (which I love having him here) I would be such a *itch from lack of sleep.
