Just thought I'd let you know what I got under my hood...

Yup, my daily driver is a 07 Honda Accord.
Peppy little thing. Actually it isn't that little, I was surprised by the size of the car. I always thought Accords were small cars. This thing is bigger than my coworkers Taurus'.

I don't have a pic of it, but here is one from the Honda site in the right trim and color.

Did I mention the little ooops I had with it????

3 days after driving it off the lot with 5 miles on it, I drove it over a curb island (for lack of a better explanation) in a Burger king parking lot. I clipped the last 6 inches of it and blew out both drivers side tires, bent the rims, destroyed the rocker panel and twisted the front tie rod end. $800 later I had the car back. I felt like such and ass having to call the boss to come rescue me. I haven't had an accident in 12-15 years. but give me a new company car and 3 days later I tear it up.
On the brighter side, I got to use my new company issued American Express... I won't leave home without it.

Nice. Those K Series are becoming the new standard for swaps. Won't be long before no one carries B series engines anymore and everyone wants a K series.

Well, I had another accident last night. I think it's the car, can't be me, nope, must be the car. I was taking an off-ramp when the front tire blew, drifted out to the gravel on the curve and took out a sign post. The has to be about $4000 in damages. At least I kept it from rolling down the embankment. :dunno

See the damage here

I already buffed it out... You should have seen it before I did.

This was before I buffed it out.

thats what you get for driving an import

I was supposed to get a Tuarus, but they don't make them anymore :dunno

Actually, it was assembled in the US with over 90% of the parts made in America. We just send the profits to Japan.

It's a company car, not like I had much choice.

But it is 85 degrees and sunny here today and I have my vert with me :banana
