Cliffside Park Man beats infant daughter to death

[FONT=arial,sans-serif]Peter Nicholas Olmeda was driven along with young Jenessa Olmeda and the infant's mother, Stephanie Avans, to Avans's home in Palisades Park on Saturday by Olmeda's father, authorities said. They were to drop off the mother and baby before driving to Olmeda's home in Cliffside Park. At the Palisades Park home, Peter Olmeda asked to hold Jenessa one last time for the evening, authorities said.[/FONT]

What he did was sadistic, beyond sick and reprehensible, but if a court of law sanctions torture, its contradicting its own existence, since torture is illegal.

I'm actually going to agree with AEF on this one. This man did do something beyond sick, he obviously has some screws loose, but as I've said before, killing this man won't bring that child back, nor does it make us better as a society. I say throw him in prison for life, without the possibility of parole. A few years of taking it up the ass from a big black man with a huge dick will make him realize his mistake, and then some.
 
I didnt say that the LAW should torture him... Im saying that one way or another the sick ass should get his. I dont care who its from... but he should get his. That baby did NOTHING wrong... he didnt even get to celebrate his first birthday. Some asshole took that away from him...he couldnt defend himself. That "man" shouuld get his...one way or another.
Im not even going any further in this with you because there is no point. :horseEveryone knows where you stand... and I dont agree with you on this.
 
Also, suggesting someone should be tortured is pretty sadistic thinking. Never mind what he did, if a law giving structure sanctions torture we just took a step back 200 years as a society. The state should not have that sort of power to exact that kind of punishment on its own civilians.

No one is disagreeing that this guy is a fuckslap, not at all. Its just that I think you're letting your emotions get the best of you.

Maybe he should chill in his own home laying on the couch with his feet up and someone should feed him some steak?

Yet again, I agree. Suzie, you're being ridiculous. Nobody said he should get off free, but torturing him isn't the answer. Everybody complains when we abuse the justice system and lock people up for stupid shit, and that the justice system is flawed, yet you want them to torture this guy? C'mon, that's just stupid. Yes, he fucked up, badly, and deserves to rot in prison, but let's not go primitive and tortuer the jackass.
 
An eye for an eye is how I look at it. Call me rediculous... I could care less. Its MY opinion... dont try and make me change it...or you could, but you would just be wasting your time. ;)
