but it cannot be a complete SoC if it has that many pins in that SO-DIMM-like form-factor.

Although, It could be such that the pins are for power, display, and input devices...

but HDMI can do many options in only 19 pins (dual HDMI ups to 26? pins)
USB inputs... one root hub can handle 127 devices (128 including the root hub itself) or something similar (plenty of input device slots)

so, we are at about what... 32 pins max for output and input devices?

power... 3 pins minimum for hot, return, and ground.

35 pins minimum.

PC100 SO-DIMMS are 144 pins.
DDR SO-DIMMs are 200 pins
DDR2 SO-DIMS are 200 pins.
....

number of pins (in that form-factor sized SoC chip) does not relate correctly, if it is truely a SoC.
