I'm sure it's Russian Capitalism at it's finest. They used to love using bears for shit like that. I believe they finally made it illegal. If not they sure as hell should have by now.

As far as I'm concerned anyone that does that to an animal should be shot. That also goes for the people that would waste their money to see it. Fuck 'em all.
