this weekend I ran over a nail somewhere and now I need to get a new tire goodbye 134.00. How in the hell do you get a nail in your sidewall damn!!! mad And just in time to put my car away in a couple weeks for the winter.

Can't you just get the puncture mended which is a lot cheaper or is the tyre shot?

nope they said if its within the first inch of the edge you cant fix it

Damn that sucks! We have windscreen insurance over here if you want it, shame you can't get tyre insurance too!

Usually punctures on the sidewall can't be filled.

you can if you purchase it when you buy the tire I never had the opportunity to purchase it with these tires though the car being new and all well new is the best way to describe it I guess

Now maybe it is just because of where I live. But why do you put your car away for the winter? What do you do for transportation?

You have to quit "parking" in inconspicuous locations pony. Construction sites are not a good spot to get your groove on.
