They stole my $$$!!!!

today I log in to my online banking, only to find out that I'm missing $1,900.00 :eek so I freaked out :willy_nilly: and call the bank! it was a fraudulent online transfer to a XX Washington Mutual Acct. The f...ers had all my information and all my money. I had to cancel all my passwords and my ATM card. And I had to beg the bank manager to credit me the money back right away so my house payment wouldn't bounce!! it was horrible I feel violated! be careful when online banking or buying s...t from the internet...

happened to us as well. we went to mexico and when we came back account was negative. they were using fuzz's card number and he had his card in his wallet! we went and filed a report at the police station and everything. such a pain in the ass as well as added stress! our bank did credit us and luckly all the overdraft fees were taken care of. good luck on this and sucks that you are going through this.

my credit union puts the money back automatically i believe, if the money was stolen.

damn my huh uhm day job is a fraud banker......so I've seen it tons of times using your account number or debit card number over the net is never a good thing regardless of how secure a website says it is.....sooooooo......


but don't worry it'll work itself out...
