People have been doing this for years and lot of other things that I would consider even worse than that, yet you are saying the world is getting worse :dunno I don't really get that

I don't really see the point of making him register as a sex offender though. It prevents him from living near schools and places where children gather, which has nothing to do with abusing dogs. :dunno
