What the hell is wrong with SCOTUS? Are they in the pockets of Corporations? Indications are yes, they are. This in light of the McCain-Feingold Act specifically written to block big money in elections. If anything, it illustrates how important the affiliation of Presidents and who nominates Supreme Court Justices.
