So. We see it every day and every where.. but mostly in subtle ways.
People playing the victim for attention. People lying for their own gain at the expense of others. Even manipulation as subtle as someone saying "awww mannnnn" when you don't do what they want. Some say these things are bad habits that have developed for some deep rooted defense or desire.
You grow up as a child and your parents tell you "Just be yourself sweety and everything will be ok"
And you think to yourself: "How could that be hard? I am myself"
You soon realize that its harder than you thought.
And through life you have experiences, those experiences turn into a thought, the thought turns into action, and before you know it you have bad habits.
You start to see the folly in your ways or you justify them as something that is logical.
If you say you don't have bad habits - chances are you are in denial.
So here are some questions to think about:
Do you see being superficial is normal or something that should be improved upon?
Do you think people that do this are bad people or just insecure?
What bad habits does your significant other have?
Why do you think that people justify their bad habits?
Answer any or go off on your own rant about the subject I don't care
