Daily gratitude practices are said to attract positivity. Have you noticed any real shift in mindset or peace from practicing gratitude regularly? Or does it feel like forced optimism?

Gratitude can play a powerful role in spiritual healing by shifting focus from what’s lacking to what’s present. It encourages acceptance, reduces negative emotions, and fosters connection with oneself and others. Regularly practicing gratitude can bring clarity, calm, and a deeper sense of fulfillment in daily life.

I think spirituality and gratitude are closely link. If you are spiritual, you experience gratitude, and if you practice gratitude, it will be easier for you to walk the path of spirituality.

As a person, I have very deep peace because I am grateful for the little that I have. Not that I am not ambitious and want more, I just stay contented and grateful. That's where I have peace to build energy to chase bigger dreams.

Gratitude is an unsung power. Meditate on being grateful for something and observe what happens in your life.
When we are grateful for what we have created, energies move and change and healing occurs.
