.... was to see this. Initially I was going because the F-22 was supposed to be there but the entire fleet has been grounded because another pilot was recently killed.
1945 Supermarine Spitfire IX done up in it's original Czechoslovakian paint. It's the first time I've seen one and what a pleasure it was. It was worth the price of admission and lost days pay to see it.
