bare with me and open your mind to the possibilities even if you're a nonbeliever. When you hear people talking about death and the paranormal, they talk about people who haven't crossed over. Well what if there is no crossing over and your spirit just roams the Earth or whatever its attached to? We can't say for sure if theres a heaven what if our afterlife is just as energy and a spiritual consciousness on Earth?

We'd probably be inundated with paranormal events. ;)
 
The 'what if' would depend on what the energy or the spirits engaged in, and what kind of spirits or energy it is. Whether it was to haunt us, support us in times of need, maybe they even have some influential part of our dreams. Or conceivably there is a spirit world on Earth, and this spirit world is without humans and the contraptions of humanity, but of the soul. And at this place- they are just meandering about. No crossing over, just another 'world' on Earth.

I Belive that there is something beyond death but not as anyone can describe wheather its someplace else or our "spirit" or "essence" as you will stays here on Earth.
I think our "soul" is actually a persons memories and experiances through life and that they form the core of a person, I wouldn't say my belife is relgious though.
