i was hoping Anne Hathaway would of won Best Actress and Micky rourke best actor.

but Sean Penn and Kate winslet deserve it too.

I can't believe Slumdog won, so fucking over-rated.

Sean Penn was deserving, but I was pulling for Rourke.

Is a great night for the Brits. Also a good night for indie film making, possibly, because of the Slumdog win. I know Boyle isn't exactly super underground but maybe studios will take a chance on lesser known names and scripts.

I thought the selection of Oscar bait movies was nothing compared to last year, though.
