In The Number 23, Jim Carey's character finds an address in the back of the book. They send the boxes to the PO box and this old guy comes in. Who is he and why did he write the book?

I havne't watched the film in ages, but I thought Jim Carey wrote the book not the old guy?

Have you started looking for the number 23 in everything after watching the film? I did. My name comes to 46 (2x23). I was born on the 23rd. And if you add up all the digits of my date of birth, you get a multiple of 23.

Although, I'm a little creeped out right now.

I was looking to see who played the girl he killed, and I was thinking she was Wolverine's girlfriend in the Origins movie. But it wasn't her. So I found her and was looking through what else she was in. She WAS in this movie, just not who I thought.

The last time Jim Carrey worked with the director was on the Batman movie he was in, back in 1994. 1+9+9+4= 23.

I think you can pretty much make anything come out to a particular number if you try. Like I was born in 1976...1 plus 9 plus 7 plus 6 is 23. And there's a highway 247 in my county...7 minus 4 is 3...23.

And I don't know the answer to the question in the OP...LOL

My full birthdate is 234 and my social is 27, so there's a 23 and then 4 out of 27 is 23.

My name doesn't do it at all and neither does Matt's. I can't manipulate it without REALLY stretching, which takes the "magic" out of it.
