As someone who hates all the Batman movies, this one leaves me feeling especially cold.

I especially hate wearing glasses over my glasses. It's fucking uncomfortable.

Werd. I was impressed by Avatar in 3d though being pretty much dead centre of the cinema and catching the effects in all their glory. I wouldn't wish to do that for every movie. Not very comfy for sure.

Most 3D films just don't wow me at all. Clash of the Titans was fucking awful in 3D (mind you, it was probably awful anyway). And as I have to take the glasses off several time in a film cos I find it so uncomfortable having to wear two pairs at once, it means I miss bits of the film.

And it's not like I can take my normal glasses off and just wear the 3D films like people have suggested to me before. I am so short-sighted I can't see the screen without my normal glasses.

I'd just rather see a normal film where I can enjoy it. In my opinion if it was shot well and the story is good, I'm happy.

:homo: I'm very near-sighted as well, though I have contacts so I can get around the problem of having to wear 2 pairs of glasses. The part where people suggest you take off your normal glasses to watch a 3D movie made me chuckle. They obviously don't understand. free-happy-smileys-839.png

Maybe they think I don't need them and am just trying to make a fashion statement :24:

Digging this up as we have villains for the next Batman film, called "The Dark Knight Rises"

Anne Hathaway has been cast as Catwoman in the forthcoming Batman movie 'The Dark Knight Rises'.
The 'Love & Other Drugs' actress has been confirmed by the film's director Christopher Nolan for the leading role of the Gotham City villain - formerly played by Michelle Pfeiffer in 'Batman Returns' - in the action movie.
In a statement, Christopher said: "I am thrilled to have the opportunity to work with Anne Hathaway, who will be a fantastic addition to our ensemble as we complete our story."
The 'Inception' filmmaker also confirmed Tom Hardy would be starring as Bane - a chemically-altered super villain with a high intellect who was born and grew up in prison - who has previously appeared in the much derided film 'Batman & Robin'
He added: "I am delighted to be working with Tom again and excited to watch him bring to life our new interpretation of one of Batman's most formidable enemies."
Christian Bale will reprise his performance as the titular character, while Sir Michael Caine is expected to again play the role of Alfred the butler.
