Has anyone else here seen this film? If not, I would recommend it! Its the true story of how a young Che Guevara and his friend took a journey round S America on a beaten up motorbike and how what he saw and experienced bred his beliefs, a truly awesome film!:clap

How good was it Pete? I thought it was going to be some boring communist drivel, but I couldn't have been more wrong.. The humour, the frailty of being a human, the adventures, the people they met ...and it didn't bash it over your head that he became a revolutionary due to his experiences - it just told you a story...And what a beautiful one. I was in tears during the scenes in the leper colony...Can't recommend it highly enough.....One I'd like to give a plug while I'm on here is, This Is England, by Shane Meadows...Tells the story of a young boy in a small English town who gets caught up in the skinhead movement of the early eighties -documents the violent, lunatic fringe, but also shows the human side and people who loved the music and the clothes. Kick Arse soundtrack too!!

It's about two young kids lves in a small town-one's got a fucked family and is befriended by a menacing Paddy Consatine and the other has physical ailments and spends his time learning magic and pretending. Hard to paint a picture - just need to watch it.
