Managing work, home, and personal time sounds productive but often feels chaotic. How do you decide what deserves focus and what can wait?

Multi tasking can take a toll on some people but for me when I put a pressure on myself I tend to perform better.

I usually start by separating what’s urgent from what’s simply important. I focus on tasks that actually move things forward, not just fill time. Some days that means leaving chores for later or saying no to extra work, and that small boundary keeps me sane.

I think that the human Brain is not well designed for multitasking. We have to focus on one thing rather than focusing on two different things at the same time. Multitasking damages the brain in many ways.
