In relationships, emotional labor involves managing emotions, supporting others, and solving problems—often without acknowledgment. It can lead to mental exhaustion if one person is always carrying the emotional weight. How do you set boundaries in relationships to avoid feeling overwhelmed by emotional labor?

I don't have the time of ny life for a one sided relationship. I would try to make it work but if it is not still working out I let it go.

I’ve noticed that emotional labor in relationships often falls on one person, from managing feelings to solving problems. It’s important to communicate needs, share responsibilities, and ensure both partners contribute to emotional support.

Reciprocation is very important in relationship. If there is no reciprocation, the relationship will feel like a burden. You cannot clap with just one hand, you need two hands to clap
