A really interesting philosophical look at religion by Dan Dennett, who has found a small number of clergy that no longer believe in God yet continue to preach.
The basis of the talk is the trying to understand why theology exists, and Dennett proposes that the way to find out is to reverse-engineer religion, as a way to find out how the concept actually works. He has begun to do so, by looking into how the clergy are trained to teach the Bible, and counter criticisms of it's validity.
