He's no Jack, but if you watch the trailer Heath is portraying the Joker more like he was written. Dark and violent, not cartoony.

They had to have EMTs on the scene when he shot the Machinist, because he had lost so much weight, to the point of looking anorexic, that he could have fallen out at any time.

Jim Carrey has come a long way. Very happy with his work. Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind is a wonderful movie. :clap

For some reason I have yet to see the Machinist, but I did hear this same thing.

I thought that movie was so confusing.
