The Best TV, What Are You Watching?

The best thing I've watched lately is The Tudors (finished) and True Blood. Better than those are Deadwood and Rome (HBO) cancelled several years ago. I'm bored with what I've tried lately- Happytown, and V for Visitors. Lost went out in a blaze, at least for me. (<-Probably the best broadcast tv I've ever seen.) Modern Family seems to have potential.

What other good TV am I missing? I like good comedies like Everyone Loves Raymond, and shows with an edge. Loved Twin Peaks, St. Elsewhere, Star Trek Next Generation, and the glorified soap opera called Dallas many years ago.

To be honest, I dont watch a lot of new telly programs, shitty reality shows and dumb American sitcoms seem to be mainly what's flooding tv. Other than sport and reruns of old programs, the only programs that are still going on that I watch and like are Shameless, Peep Show and The Inbetweeners.

At the moment Trueblood and Lost are the only newish shows I have been watching.

Other shows I like watching are The X Files, Red Dwarf, Twin Peaks and the IT Crowd.

Old Shows: Oz, Insomniac with Dave Attell, Wanderlust, The Man Show, Tales from the Crypt, Married with Children, can't really think of any others.
