I quit smoking 13 months ago. And I don't miss it at all. I smoked for 23 years. Quitting is one of the best decisions I ever made in my life. I wish I had never started.

When I went for my physical this year (a couple of weeks ago) they did a chest x-ray and by the grace of God, my doctor came back and said that my lungs looked like I had never smoked. Now that is remarkable - that is a miracle.

If you ever need a support buddy if you want to quit, I'll be here for you.
