Yeah it happens here all the time..

If it's an emergency we wouldn't mind but when it's cuz they want a part and call at 9pm then it's just not cool...

The shop line rings in the house and when people don't get an answer on it they call the house line.:surrender

So come 5pm they both come off the hook and go to the answering machine..:nod:

I have today off! Huzzah. I think I'm gonna go see Captain America in about a half an hour. I despise the theatre it's showing in, but it's better than nothing.

That's the one thing I don't miss about my job where I worked from home. I started getting calls at 7am from people in Texas, and the calls didn't generally end until 9pm from people in California... because my guys out there were worthless once 5pm their time rolled around.

I have decided to get a kitten tonite, so I can't wait for work to end. Three more hours then I'm stopping for beer ('cause I won't want to stop when I have the kitten) then going to the Humane Society and see if there is a kitten that wants to come home w/me and that my dogs will learn to not terrorize. So I have to have a strong willed one.

My hubby doesn't know but he won't be real surprised! And kittens are soooooo fun!
