Police in near Fort Worth, Texas, say they are treating the case of a woman and her four children found hanging in a closet as a murder-suicide.

Police say the woman's sister, who found the bodies hanging in the closet, was the one who rescued the youngest child when she realized the infant was still alive.

Authorities say the eight-month-old child is in good condition after being taken to a local hospital.

Police say the children were all hanged with items such as strips of clothing and sashes.

Authorities say the woman and her girls were last seen Monday night. But police say the woman's sister had gone to check on her because she hadn't gone to work.

I think people are getting more crazy, seriously. I know the mass media effect, and we are just hearing more about it...but good lord. How can you possibly be that depressed, that you would hang your kids and then yourself?

The beauty is that she likely won't recall it. Your memory basically wipes itself clean by the time you are 4 or 5, and she is only eight months. She should be okay, provided she has no physical or brain damage from lack of oxygen.
