I'm pro death penalty. I'm just anti-brain tumor penalty. Normally, it wouldn't give you a break, but when it's a brain disease, it's completely different. Hitler might have deserved one, maybe, but definitely not just a petty murderer and communist.

People today are doing seriously jail time for drinking and driving and killing people. This piece of scum didn't report his accident right away because he knew he was drunk. Also, I would have died trying to get to the girl in the car--better that then live with letting someone drown. It was not that fucking deep, she was literally right below the surface--it was summer. If this had happened today, he would have been prosecuted and convicted or he would had plead guilty. Now I wouldn't expect him to do a lot of time--it was still and accident--but he should have done 2 or 3 years for his crime.

Now that I agree with. But today - Brain Tumor's punishment enough, I think we can cut him some slack, I mean, come on, it's a bloody BRAIN TUMOR. You can't get worse then that.

Not really--a brain tumor is an illness (cancer) like any other illness. There are levels of illness--from a simple cold to terminal cancer, but its still illness.

Well, technically, but what I meant was that a brain tumor is such a terrible, horrifying, blood curdling idea that saying ''an illness" just doesn't do it justice. It doesn't capture the pure, horrifying terror of that kind of illness.

Aside from the fact that he was in fact politically expunged from that little mis-hap, I think the fact that he's been a senator for about a miilion years is re-godamn-diculous.

I did not make the initial comment about his having cancer. That was brought up as a reason to feel sorry for him in response to my original post. Sure I feel sorry he has cancer. I would no wish that on anybody. My dad died from pancreatic cancer. But this has nothing to do with cancer unless you want to say politically he is a cancer. This is about his being a worthless piece of trash, both morally and politically who has no business being in office.
